Moving Fast Inside a Slow Machine

Laura Cantor, VP Marketing & Ecommerce, New York & Company × Manish Goyal, Founder & CEO, Friendbuy

Laura runs marketing and ecommerce at New York & Company after leading Lord + Taylor's shift to DTC and building an agency for 150+ brands. Manish bootstrapped Friendbuy for 15 years with almost no outside funding and produced indie films along the way. One navigates the big machine. The other built a company by saying no to nearly everything. You'd be one of sixteen in the room.
